Today, I visited a home in Gilbert to provide a free estimate for a new air conditioning system. The moment I stepped into the yard and saw
the old unit, it was clear—this thing was barely holding on, like a car running on fumes. It had seen better days, that’s for sure.
After chatting with the homeowner and taking a closer look, I realized it was time to recommend a full replacement. Sometimes, patching things up just doesn’t cut it, especially when the Arizona heat can put such a strain on older systems.
So, I got to work crafting a bid for a new unit that would fit the home and its cooling needs perfectly. We went through all the options, making sure the homeowner was comfortable with the decision (because who doesn’t like a little peace of mind with their AC?).
Fast forward to today—the new system is humming along like a dream. The house feels cool, comfortable, and ready to face even the hottest summer days.
