Today, I had the pleasure of working on a home in the heart of Gilbert, AZ, specifically in the 85234 neighborhood, not too far from Downtown Gilbert and the Heritage District. Known for its local charm and lively spots like Joe’s Real BBQ and the historic Hale Centre Theatre, this part of town is always bustling, and keeping homes cool is crucial in our Arizona heat.
I was called out to address an issue with a homeowner’s condenser fan motor. They had noticed their air conditioner struggling to keep up, and sure enough, after inspecting the unit, the fan motor had failed. These things happen after years of wear and tear, especially in Gilbert’s intense summer climate.
Once I had the old motor removed, it was time to get the new one installed. The process took a little over two hours, but by the end of it, the system was up and running like new. I performed a full check to make sure the fan motor was working smoothly and efficiently. The cool air started flowing right away, and the homeowner was thrilled to have their system back to full power.
It’s always satisfying to know that another home in the area, close to great spots like Freestone Park and Gilbert Town Square, is comfortable again, especially with the summer temperatures continuing to climb. Check out the images below to get a glimpse of the job—showing the old, worn-out motor and the freshly installed, high-performing replacement.
