Today’s mission took me to a home in Gilbert, where the air conditioning had been struggling to keep up. After a quick look, it was clear that the old evaporator coil had seen better days. It was worn out and no longer doing its job—like a sponge that stopped soaking up water.
The homeowner and I talked it through, and replacing the coil was the best way forward. So, I rolled up my sleeves and got to work. Out with the old, in with the new!
Once the new evaporator coil was securely in place, we gave it a test run. Immediately, the cool air was back in full force, refreshing and steady. The homeowner could finally say goodbye to those frustratingly warm spots in the house. It was great to see such a difference with one key swap.
